When the days shorten and darkness settles in earlier, Lithuania enters its most anticipated autumn season. Halloween in Lithuania has long evolved beyond simple costume parties. Throughout October and early November, dozens of terrifying horror parks, revitalized Cold War bunkers, and eerie forest paths open across the country.
If you are looking for real adrenaline, terrifying scare actors, and dark experiences with a group of friends rather than a quiet cup of tea, make sure to add these spots to your autumn list.
Haunted Circus in Kalnų Park (Užkeiktas cirkas Kalnų parke) – Vilnius
This autumn, something strange takes over the heart of the capital. Circus lights flicker between the trees of Kalnų Park from October 16 to November 8, between 15:00 and 22:00. Distant music plays through the shadows as characters definitely not found in a traditional circus wander the paths. Handmade decor, creepy clowns, carnival rides, and roaming performers transform the park into an entirely different world.
It is not always easy to tell what is a static decoration and what is a live scare actor watching from the shadows. The ultimate test awaits at the very end—a horror tunnel featuring dark corridors and live actors to test both your courage and your vocal cords. As a bonus, the park is pet-friendly, so you can bring four-legged companions along.

DeadTown Horror Park (DeadTown siaubo parkas) – Zapyškis, Kaunas District
Spanning 5 hectares with 6 horror rooms, a 2.5 km forest trail, and over 70 scare actors, DeadTown remains one of the largest and scariest horror parks in the country. Located in Nova village near Zapyškis, it operates from October 2 to November 1 between 16:00 and 22:00, staying open until midnight on October 30 and 31. Scare actors emerge from the least expected places, while nearly 180 custom murals and graffiti artworks give the space a unique aesthetic.
The 2026 season introduces major updates: replacing the long-standing “Asylum” with an all-new horror room called HOLLYWOOD, immersing visitors in a twisted cinematic world, alongside an expanded CIRCUS zone.

Horror Park APOCALYPSE (Siaubo parkas Apokalipsė) – HBH, Žibininkai
Open from October 10 to November 8 in the HBH complex forest near Žibininkai, this attraction introduces coastal residents and visitors to a post-catastrophic world. A walk through the forest turns into a journey across abandoned, fenced-off zones where communication has been cut and only things you would rather not meet remain.
This open-air interactive route features live characters alongside custom light and sound effects. You are not a passive spectator—you become an active part of the Apocalypse itself.

Horror Park in Anykščiai (Siaubo parkas Anykščiuose) – Skapiškiai
Located on the grounds of LABI Park in Skapiškiai village, Aukštaitija’s main horror attraction returns from October 9 to November 2. The park features winding mazes, dark torture-themed decor, rides, and numerous animators, with the majority of attractions included in a single admission ticket.
Once dusk falls, scare encounters and audio effects intensify significantly, making late evening the recommended time to visit for thrill-seekers.

Escape Bunker (Pabėgimo bunkeris) – Nemenčinė, Vilnius District
Starting October 1 and operating Thursday through Sunday, a former Cold War communications bunker near Nemenčinė offers an exceptional choice for those seeking underground mystery over traditional horror parks. Located 6 to 12 meters underground and spanning 3,700 square meters, the space has been transformed into an interactive exploration environment.
Dark subterranean corridors, puzzles, sound design, and an authentic military setting make you feel like the protagonist of a dark thriller. Online advance booking is required before visiting.

Spooky Fairytales at Taujėnai Manor (Šiurpnakčio pasakas Taujėnų dvare) – Ukmergė District
From October 9 to November 2, Taujėnai Manor reveals a dark, mysterious side in late autumn. During the day, visitors can stroll among pumpkin displays and pyramids in the park. From 17:00 onwards, the atmosphere shifts as the Horror Barn and Horror Forest Trail open their doors to anyone seeking estate mystery and chills.

Halloween Nightlife: Parties and Clubs
If you want to continue the night in the city after navigating scary forest trails and horror rooms, major night spots and bars host dedicated events over the October 31st weekend. Expect themed costume parties with prizes, spooky cocktail menus, and late-night music raves. Be sure to check the dress code in advance, as getting past the door without a proper costume can be tough at many venues.
